Role Overview
We are seeking a talented AI Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize intelligent AI agent systems capable of solving complex, multi-step tasks through structured reasoning and autonomous decision-making.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building AI workflows, understands modern agent architectures, and is passionate about creating scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement multi-step reasoning pipelines that break down complex problems into discrete, executable actions.
Develop and optimize AI agent workflows for automation and decision-making.
Evaluate and implement reasoning frameworks such as ReAct, Plan-and-Execute, and Reflection patterns.
Design and maintain both single-agent and multi-agent architectures based on business and technical requirements.
Implement and manage different AI memory mechanisms, including:
In-context memory
External memory (Vector Databases/Key-Value Stores)
Episodic memory
Semantic memory
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing applications and workflows.
Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements to agent performance, reliability, and scalability.
Qualifications
Proven experience building AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
Strong understanding of AI agent frameworks and reasoning techniques.
Experience with ReAct, Plan-and-Execute, and Reflection architectures.
Solid understanding of single-agent and multi-agent systems, including the trade-offs of each approach.
Experience implementing memory architectures for AI agents, including in-context, vector-based, episodic, and semantic memory.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable AI solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar.
Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Milvus, or Qdrant).
Experience integrating AI models with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation techniques.
What We’re Looking For
· 3+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 1–2 years working directly with LLMs in production environments
· Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs (Gemini, OpenAI, Claude, or equivalent)
Strong Python skills; comfort with REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware
· Experience building RAG systems: chunking strategies, embedding models, vector stores (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, or similar).
· Ability to write, evaluate, and iterate on system prompts and prompt architectures.
Familiarity with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar)
