Role Overview
We are looking for an Associate Infrastructure and Platform Engineer to join our growing team and help ensure the reliability, performance, and stability of our SaaS platform.
In this role, you will support day-to-day infrastructure operations, respond to incidents, and contribute to improving system reliability and automation. You’ll work closely with senior engineers and gain hands-on experience in cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
Monitor system health, infrastructure, and alerts
Respond to incidents, perform triage, and escalate when needed
Support routine maintenance and platform updates
Assist in automation and reliability improvement initiatives
Maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures
Support security, compliance, and access management tasks
Help manage costs and capacity of infrastructure resources
Provide backup operational support and join on-call rotations
Collaborating with Product, Development, and Support teams
What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year of experience in infrastructure, cloud, or production support
Basic knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Understanding of networking, operating systems, and security fundamentals
Familiarity with monitoring, logging, or alerting tools
Experience or exposure to incident handling/support processes
Strong willingness to learn DevOps, automation, and reliability practices
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Nice to Have
Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Basic scripting or automation skills (Python, Bash, etc.)
Experience with CI/CD tools or DevOps environments
Exposure to SaaS platforms or system operations
