Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and organized Project Manager to join the Bizbloqs team. In this role, you will take ownership of project delivery across new product builds and business initiatives, while actively supporting agile ceremonies, including sprint planning. You will act as a central point of coordination between cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Sprint Planning & Agile Support — Facilitate and support sprint planning sessions, backlog grooming, stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews in collaboration with product and development teams.
New Product Builds — Manage end-to-end delivery of new product builds, from initial scoping and requirements gathering through to launch, ensuring clear timelines, milestones, and accountability.
Project Delivery — Lead new business projects across the organization, maintaining project plans, risk registers, RAID logs, and status reporting.
Stakeholder Management — Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Cross-functional Coordination — Work closely with product, design, engineering, and operations teams to ensure alignment and remove blockers.
Risk & Issue Management — Proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize impact on delivery.
Documentation — Maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation, including briefs, plans, meeting notes, and post-project reviews.
Continuous Improvement — Contribute to the refinement of internal project management processes, templates, and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
2–4 years of project management experience, ideally within a tech, product, or digital environment.
Proven experience supporting or running agile/scrum ceremonies, particularly sprint planning.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and product delivery processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — written and verbal.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar.
Experience with Zoho (Zoho Projects, Zoho CRM, or the broader Zoho suite) is highly desirable.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
AI Literacy
Working knowledge of AI tools and technologies, with an understanding of how they can be applied to improve project delivery, productivity, and business outcomes.
Experience working alongside AI-driven product builds or integrating AI tools into workflows (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or similar).
Comfortable collaborating with technical teams developing AI-powered features or products.
Nice to Have
Experience working on new product development from 0 to 1.
Familiarity with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.
Exposure to working with commercial or business operations teams.
PM certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification).
